Today we enter what I call affectionately, “Pineal Season”. This is the interval that runs from two weeks before to two weeks after we “Fall Back” at 2am SUN, NOV 4th. Here’s two ways to prepare…
Feed The Pineal!
Zinc: sunflower seeds, celery, cashews, almonds, lentils, brown rice, and tofu
Copper: pecans, raisins, molasses, peanut butter and legumes (peas)

Use each day to open your awareness to one of the 12 acupuncture meridians and the 2 vessels that unite to create your mircocosmic orbit. Use this link as your guide and spend
a minute each of the next two weeks with a meridian per day. Reverse the sequence once we
